    Dear Sirs

    The new General data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ) comes into force on 25th May 2018.

    Allspeed Engineering Ltd. Would like to advise on what data we hold, how it is stored and how we use it.

    The only data we hold relates to the processing of orders ( email address, name, invoice and shipping address, contact telephone numbers ) These are the details provided by you and are necessary to enable us to fulfil our obligations between customers and suppliers. In the case of shipped orders this information is passed on to the courier/shipping agent so they can fulfil there obligation to deliver the goods as instructed.

    Any financial details provided to pay invoices via credit/debit cards is destroyed on fulfilment of order. Use of these details fulfils our obligations under PCI compliance.

    Allspeed Engineering Ltd. Take your privacy seriously and will only use data to administer your account and to provide details or information that you have expressly requested. The data is stored securely within our servers and is protected using up to date security software and IT protection including firewalls.

    On fulfilment of order contract your data is retained for the minimum period required to fulfil HMRC compliance with regards to the retention of records and data.

    Allspeed Engineering Ltd. Will never disclose your data to any third party without consent or sell or transfer our email database.

    If this is acceptable and wish to continue receiving emails from us then you do not need to do anything.
